(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Lokayukt Evam Up-Lokayukt Adhiniyam, 1981.
(1) It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
(2) It shall come into force on such date2 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
