Madhya Pradesh Lok Aayukt evam Up Lok Aayukt (Conditions of service Rules) 1982State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1981

In these rules unless the context otherwise, requires:-

(a) "Act'' means the Madhya Pradesh Lokayukt Evam Up-Lokayukt Adhiniyam, 1981 (No.37of 1981) ·

(b) "Lokayukt": and "Up-Loakyukt" rneans person who is appointed as such under section 3.of the Act.
