114.Odrarti T.PrZt!i, *Itch 7.0 ..3:11E1 2002 ;Bhopal, the 28th August 2002 F. 6-1-2002-R.C.-I.—In exercise or the powers conferred by Section 13 or the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit latiyon, Anusuchit lanjatiyon 'Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Kc Liye Arakshan) Adhiniyinn, 1999 (No. 21 of 1994), the State Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, .Anusuchit lanjatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Kc Liye Arakshan) Rules. 1998, namely :— AMENDMENTS In the said rules,— (I) After sub-rule (3) of rule 3, the following sub-rule shall be inserted. namely:— "(4) The roster maintained tinder sub-rule (I), (2) and (3), shall be kept in custody of the ineharge establishment officer and in the event of his transfer or change in work distribution, the charge of the maintained roster/rosters shall be handed over and taken over accordingly by the concerned officers."
(2) After rule 4, the followiag rules shall be inserted, namely :— • Relaxation to the car2didates of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes in the minimum qualifying marks.—The candidates of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall get relaxation of 10% marks in minimum qualifying marks but their selection shall be made on the basis of merit of the selection list of the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes candidates. 4-B. Special provisions for Primitive Tribes.—If the applicant belongs to the Sahariya primitive tribe of district Sheopur, Morena, Dana, Gwalior, Bhind, Shivpuri. Guna, Baiga, primitive tribe of Matidla. Dindori,ShahdoLUmaria,Balaghat and Bhariya primitive tribe of Tamia block of District Chhindwara, applies for the post of Samvida Shala Shikshak or for any post of Class III/1V and possess the minimum prescribedqualification shall be appointed on the said post without adopting the recruitment procedure." for Schedule-one, Two and 'Three the following schedules shall be substituted namely:—
