Section 2: Definitions

In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, "Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishment Act, 1958 (Act No. 25 of 1958).

"Form" means a form appended to these rules;

"Section" means a section of the Act.
