Section 22: Administration of the Act

(1) The working of the Act shall be administered by the State through the Labour Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh.

An annual report on the working of the Act shall, within three months of the close of any calendar year, be submitted by the Labour Commissioner to the State Government.

The State Government may from time to time call for such reports and information from the Labour Commissioner and may give such directions to him as it may deem necessary for the purpose of enforcement of the Act.
