Section 1: Short title, extent, commencement and application

The M.P. Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 29 of 1968

(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968.

(2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.

(3) It shall [come into force on such date] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.

(4) It shall apply to the members of the Madhya Pradesh Special Armed force, wherever they may be.
