Section 1: Short Title, Commencement and Application

The M.P. Warehousing Corporation (Payment of Gratuity to Employees) Regulations 1973State Regulations of Madhya Pradesh · 1962

(1) These regulations may be called the Madhya Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation (Payment of Gratuity to Employees) Regulations, 1973.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st April

1971.

(3) These regulations shall apply to every whole time permanent employee of the Corporation.
