Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Madhya Bharat Prohibition of Associations Dangerous to the Public Peace Act, Samvat 2005State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 19 of 1949

(1) This Act may be called "The United State of Gwalior, Indore and Malwa (Madhya Bharat) Prohibition of Associations Dangerous to Public Peace Act, Samvat, 2005".

(2) It extends to the whole of the [Madhya Bharat region].

(3) It shall come into force immediately on its publication in the Government Gazette of the United State of Gwalior, Indore and Malwa (Madhya Bharat).
