(1) Every person who is or becomes a member of more than one society dispensing credit (other than a financing bank or a marketing society) shall within s ixty days from the d ate of commencement of these rules or the date on which he becomes such member, as the case may , if he has not already made, make a declaration in Form F that he will borrow only from one such society to be mentioned in the declaration and shall send a cop y of such declaration duly attested to all societies of which he is or becomes a member.
(2) Any person who continues to be a member of more than one society without complying with the provisions of sub -rule (1) shall be l iable to be removed from the membership of any or all such societies on a writ ten requisit ion from the Registrar to that effect .
(3) If the society fai ls to take action within two months from the receipt of requisit ion from the Registrar, the Registrar may remove such member from membership of the society by an order in writ ing after giving him reasonable opportunity of being heard.
26-A. Borrowing by a member on entire holding in a district —If a member has an agricultural holding in the area of operation of more than one society in a district , he shall be eligible to get loan on his entire holdings from any one of the societies of which he is a member.
