Section 38: Minutes of general meeting

(1) Minutes of proceedings of general meetings shall be entered in a minutes book kept for that purpos e and shall be signed by the President of the meet ing. The minutes so sig ned shall be evidence of the correct proceedings of that meeting.

(2) Until the contrary is proved, every general meeting of a society in respect of the proceedings whereof minutes h ave been so recorded, shall be deemed to have been duly called and held.

(3) The minutes of general meeting or special general meeting, as the case may be, shall be sent to each member of the society under cert if icate of posting duly signed by the Chairman of the meeting, within 30 days from the date of such meeting.
