Section 74: Fees for processes issued under these rules

Where, in connection with the proceedings on an appl ication under clause (c) of Section 85, any person requires the issue of any process or objects to any process 82 issued or objects to any order passed, he shall pay such fee as may be specified by the Registrar in this behalf .
