Section 24: Jurisdiction and powers of Tribunal etc. as regards offence affecting administration of justice

The Madhya Pradesh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, 1983State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 29 of 1983

(1) The Tribunal in relation to any reference or legal proceeding before it shall be deemed to be Civil Court and any reference or legal proceeding before it shall be deemed to be judicial proceeding, for the purposes of any offence affecting administration of justice in so far as it is connected with such reference or legal proceeding.

(2) The Tribunal shall have such jurisdiction and may exercise such of the powers under Sections 340, 342, 344, 345, 346, 348, 349 and 350 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No.2 of 1974) as it may in its discretion deem necessary or expedient so to do.
