Section 6: Penalty

MP Anatomy Act. 1954State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 16 of 1954

Whoever disposes of, or abets the disposal of, an unclaimed body vc as permitted by this Act or obstructs any authority in charge of an approved iiitution or an authorized officer from handing over, taking possession of? removing using, such body for the purpose specified in the Act, shall, on conviction be wished with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
