Section 15: Manner oj opening the registered cover

MP Dental Council Rules 1970State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1976

The Returning Officer shall open the outer envelopes immediately after 5 P. M. on the day fixed for the poll at the jdace to which the envelopes are addressed to him.

Any candidate may be present in per on or may send a representative duly authorised by him in w riting to attend at the time outer envelopes are opened.
