Section 21: General

(1) The State Government may. of its .own motion, or on an objection received, in writing, in this behalf, from any candidate or candidates declare the election in whole or in part to be void on accourt of any corrupt practice, or any other sufficient cause and may call on the electorate to make a fresh i 'cction. in whole or in part ns the situation may demand.
