Section 76: Common Seal

MP Dental Council Rules 1970State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1976

(1) The Common Seal of the State Council shall be kept in a box having two different locks and the key of one of the locks shall be in the custody of the President and the key of the other lock in the custody of the Registrar.

(<) The seal shall lx: affixed only by the order of the State Council, or, when the State Council is not silling, by the order of the Executive Committee, but its use by the Executive Committee shall be limited to such acts as may be necessary to carry into effect the powers conferred on it by these rules or delegated to it by the State Council.

(3) Any Older for affixing the seal shall state the object of its use and shall be entcied in the minutes of the State Council or of the Executive Committee, as the case may be.
