The Bankers of the Council shall be the State Bank of India. Matrmrr of keeping funds of the Council.—The funds of the Council urplus to current requirements may, on recommendation of the Treasurei nd with the sanction of'the Executive Committee, be invested in fixed deposits ith the State Bank of India or in any other manner as may be decided upon in nsuliation with the State Government.
