Section 84: Primary units of appropriation

The primary units of appropriation all lx* pay of officers, pay of establishment, allowances and honoraria, ntingctuics and leave and pension or provident fund contribution.

Power of the Pres:dent to rc-appropriutc funds.—The President shall vc power to rc appropriate funds from one unit of appropriation to a othci ithin'(he total sanctioned estimates. Copies of ordeis sanctioning such rcpropiiation shall be communicated to the Executive Committee.

SO. Power of the Registrar to sanction miscellaneous expenditure.—The .cgistrai shall have power to sanction expenditure of miscellaneous and ncnigeiii nature up to an amount not exceed Rs. 50 in each case. Expenditure excess of this amount shall requiie the sanction of the President.

Permanent advance.—A permanent advance of Rs. 100 shall be made the Registrar.
