Section 91: Audit of accounts of the Council

(1) The audit of the accounts of the Council shall be conducted by a Chartered Accountant or Local Fund Auditor. 1
(t) The result of audit shall be communicated to the Executive Committee.
(3) A copy of the Annual Audit Report shall be submitted by the Executive Committee to the State Government and to the members of the Council.
CHAPTER XI—FEES AND-ALLO W ANCES FOR A TTEN D IN G T H E MEETING OF TH E COUNCIL AND T H E EX EC U TIV E CO M M ITTEE AND O TH ER EXPENSES
91. Non-payment of fee for attending the meetings.—No fee shall be paid for attending a meeting of the State Council or the Executive Committee.
