The State Government may by notification, ei ther wholly or part ly and subject to such conditions as i t may think fi t to prescribe, exempt any person or class of persons or any intoxicant, wholly or part ly from all or any of the provisions of this Act or o f al l or any of the rules made under this Act, ei ther throughout the State or in any specified area comprised therein, or any specified period or occasion.
