Section 9: Restriction on import, export or transport

MP Excise ActState Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 11 of 1915

Without the sanction of the State Government no intoxicant shall be imported, exported or transported, except—

(a) after payment of any duty to which i t may be l iable under this Act, or execution of a bond for such payment; and

(b) on compliance with such conditions as the State Government may impose.
