Section 117: Issue of Service Certificate

On completion of the civil works of the building the owner shall give an application to the Agency for issue of a service certificate on the basis of which service connections, especially water, sewerage and power, shall be granted by the authorities concerned. The Agency shall either grant the requisite certificate or order that suitable modifications be made within 15 days of receiving the notice, failing which the certificate shall be deemed to have been issued.
