As soon as an agency adopts the resolution under rule 120, the resolution shall be published by the CEO in at least two daily newspapers which are in circulation in the scheme area concerned for the information of citizens and the copies of such resolution shall be kept in all the offices of the agency for the perusal of t~e citizens.
