Section 67: Right of Government officers to attend, address and take part in meeting of Council

Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 37 of 1961

The Collector and such other officers as the State Government may by general or special order, appoint in this behalf shall be entitled to attend any meeting of a Council within their jurisdiction, address it on any matter affecting the work of their departments and take part in the proceedings relating thereto but shall not be entitled to vote.
