Section 4: Constitution of the Service

Madhya Pradesh Panchayat and Rural Development (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 1988State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

The Service shall consist of thefollOwingpersons, namely :_ . (1) persons" who at the ~0.!Jl!nencementof these rules are--holding- "--- substantivelyotin -an officiating capacity the posts specified in the.Sch~dule; .

. (2)persons recruited to the Servicebefore the commencement of theserules; and .

(3)persons recruited to the Service in accordance With the provisionsof these rules.
