23. Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation and other condition required to be provided for the scheduled castes, schedulec& tribes and other backward classes in accordance with the orders issued by the State Government from time in this regard.
24. Repeal.-All rules corresponding to these and inforce immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed in respect of matters covered by these rules :
Provided that any order made or action taken under the rules so repealed shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.

Rcypatra (Asadharan), dated 13-12-2006, p. 1186(2).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the . Governor of Madhya Pradesh. hereby makes the following rules relating to -.-_.----the- -recruitmenY"of -the.-M(fdhY~CPradesh- and SoCial" Jiistice--Class-lV----7 ------.- Services, namely:-
1. Short title.-These rules may be dilled the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat and Social Justice Class IVServices Recruitment Rules, 2006-.
2. Application.-These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in Column (2) of the Schedule appended to these rules.
3. Classification and Scales of Pay etc.-The Classification of the service the number of posts included in the Service and the Scale of pay attached thereto and the method of recruitment in the service and age limit ___.. and_other matters. shall be in accordance with.the. provisions contained.in .__ Column (3) to (10) of the said Schedule. '
4. Reservation.-(1) There shall be reserved posts for the persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward .Classes at the stage of the direct recruitment in accordance with the provisions contained in the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan J atiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Adhinivam, 1994 (No. 21 of 1994). .
(2)~Reservation in promotion to the GoveriIment servants belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Public ~ervices (Promotion) Rules,
2002.
(3) Reservation for women. candidates shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Special Provisions for appointment of women) Rules, 1997.

(1)Age.-(i) He/she must have attained the minimum age specified in column (8) Schedule and not attained the maximum age specified in column (8)of the said schedule on the first day of January next following the date of commencement of the examination/selection. .
(ii)No candidate shall be eligible for appointment to a service or post, who has married before the minimum age fixed for marriage.
(iii)No candidate shall be eligiblefor appointment to a service or post, who has more than two living children on ofwhom in born on ofwhom in born on or after 26th January, 2001.
6. Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall effect reservation and other conditions provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes, for Ex-Servicemen, Compassionatory appointment to the one member of the familyofthe Government employeewho died during service period, handicapped persons and other persons belonging to other categories and shall be regulated in accordance with the rules made or orders issued by the State Government from time to time in this regard.
7. Repeal.-All rules corresponding to these inforce immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed is respect ofmatterscovered by these rules:
