Section 1: Short title and commencement

(I) These rules may be called the, Madhya Pradesh Panchayat (GraminVikasServiceRecruitment)Rules. 1999.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of the final publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette."

~. Application.-Unless otherwise provided in the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat RajAdhiniyam, 1993 (No.I of 1994)these rules shall apply to the all posts ofMadhya Pradesh Panchayat GraminVikash Servicebut shall not apply to posts towhich appointments aremade on contract or part time basis.
