Section 19: Appointment by promotion

{l) There shall be constituted a committee consisting of the members mentioned in Schedule-IV for ,making a preliminary selection for promotion of eligiblecandidates :

Provided that for the purpose of constitution of ComIl).itteeunder this sub-rule, the provisions of Section 8 of the Madhya Pradesh Lok Sewa (Anus:uchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur ~ya Pichhda.

,Vargon KeLiyeArakshan) Adhiniyam, 1994 (No.21 of 1994) shall also be applicable.
