Section 17: Appointment to the service from the select list

(2)Appointment of the employees-included in the select list to posts borne on the cadre of the service shall followthe_order in which the names of such employees appear in the select list.

(3) It shall not ordinarily be necessary to consult the said committee before appointment of a person whose name is included in the select list to the serViceunless during the period intervening between the inclusion of his name in the select list and the date of his proposed appointment, I, !
