Section 4: Constitution of Service

Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Sanchalnalaya Class-III Ministerial Service Recruitment Rules, 2013State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

The Service shall consist of the following person~, namely:- .

(1) Persons who at the time of commencement of these :::Lliesare holding any -post substantively or in officiating capacity CiS specified in Schedule-I;

(2)Persons recruited to the service before the commencement of these rules; and

(3)Persons recruited fo the service in accordance with the provisions of these rules. !
