Candidates appointed or selected for appointment to post in Panchayat S,ervice in accordance with the provisions of these rules shall be required to pass such departmental examination and/ or -:.ests as may be prescribed by State Government in that behalf. They shall also be required to ~dergo such pre-recruitment and/or post recruitment trainings as may be laid down by State Government or Panchayat from time to time.
