Section 11: Refund of earnest money

The Madhya Pradesh Panchayat (Transfer of Immovable Property) Rules, 1994State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

(I) The amount of earnest money of the rest of the bidders shall be.refunded to the persons concerned.

(2) Where a lower bid is p:roposed to be accepted under proviso to clause (b)ofrule 10 the amount deposited ueder clause (c)ofthe said rules shall be refunded to the person concerned as soon as may be, after the approval of the lower bid by the State Goverement or the officeauthorised.
