Section 2: Defiriitions

The Madhya Pradesh Panchayats (Inspection of Record And Copies) Rules, 1995State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

In these rules. unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) "Competent authority" means-

(i) in the case of Gram Panch3.yat or its Committee. the Sarpanch, Secretary;

(il) in the case of Janapad Panchayat or its Committee, the Chief - -- - - e--.- -. -~xecutive-Officej>(jr;-the- O:TiceF~authorisedby:him:-- -_:-:':'--'--~-.:'::.7-::-~:'.:::::, -.:- ';:-~'-':':".,:::--:-

(iii) in the case of Zila Panchayat or its Committee, the Chief Executive Officer or the O::TicerAuthorised by him.

(b) 'Form" means a form appended to these rules.
