Section 5: Inspection Fee

The Madhya Pradesh Panchayats (Inspection of Record And Copies) Rules, 1995State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1993

(l) The inspection fee for every record inspected shall be rupee two for the fir~t hour and fifty paise for any subsequent hour or fraction thereof.

(2)The fee chargeable under sub-rule (1) shall be paid in cash with the application for >nspection to the competent authority who shall credit it into the Fund of the Panchayat and shall forthwith givea receipt under his signature in Form II.
