Value of identified properties shall be based on valuation procedure as per CPWD rules, but when market value of the said properties seems to be higher side than valuation, then committee shall decide to adopt suitable valuation as a value of property or article.
Valuation of movable properties/ articles / items proposed to be allotted, shall be based on procedure mentioned in annexure "B" for fixation of user charges. Committee shall fix the user charges accordingly. Whenever committee feels the services of registered valuator to work out valuation cost, life cycle and fixation procedure of user charges then the services can be taken on recommendation of committee and can be adopted either as per valuator advice or with amendments. Committee shall also decide the fees of such outsourcing services of valuator as per prevailing procedures of procurement.
Rental charges for properties or articles to be procured for the University.

16. Licence fee-cum-rent and Agreement The Licensee shall pay the prescribed Licence fee/user charges as per the University policy from time to time on monthly basis. The Registrar shall issue an allotment order and a licence agreement in the approved proforma which shall be entered in with the agency. r

20. Responsibilities of the allotment committee The Committee is vested with the responsibilities of preparing a detailed manual specifying the rules and procedures for allotment of Identified properties on rent and updating the same from time to time.
The temporary allotment process may be done through online web based software solutions developed under the guidance of the Committee.
The Committee shall be responsible to Oversee the allotment and management of the Identifier properties on rent, overseeing the implementation of the rules from time to time.
The tenure of the non-ex-officio, Chairperson / members, if any, shall be for a period of two calendar years. The tenure of the ex-officio Chairperson and the members, if any, will be co-terminus with the tenure of their official positions.
