In the event of a certificate or registration or license or both being lost or destroyed, the holder may apply to the supervising authority for issue of a duplicate certificate of registration or license and the supervising authority, if it thinks fit, issue such certificate and/or license upon payment of a fee specified in Schedule-1. A certificate of registration of license issued under this rule shall be marked ‘Duplicate’.
