Section 9: Refund of fee

the Madhya Pradesh Upcharyagriha Tatha Rujopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye (Registrikaran Tatha Anugyapan) Rules, 1997State Rules of Madhya Pradesh · 1973

(1) Where an application for the grant or renewal of a certificate of registration is refused, the free paid by the applicant shall be refunded to the applicant.

(2) Not withstanding any thing contained in sub-rule (1), where an application for grant or renewal of certificate of registration is refused on account of the any lapse on the part of the applicant in suppressing any material information or in not-furnishing any material information asked for by the Supervising Authority the fees paid by the applicant shall be forfeited.
