Section 12: Power of Committee to frame bye-laws

Vidisha Bhilsa Ramlila Fair Act, 1956State Act of Madhya Pradesh · Act 21 of 1956

The Bhilsa Ramlila Fair Committee may, with the approval of the Government, from time to time, frame bye-laws for regulating its procedure or for the management and control of the fair or for levying any fee or tax therein.

Such bye-laws shall come into force on their publication in the Gazette.
