Section 16: The following cases shall be sent to General Body for the decision after they are considered and recommend~d by the Standing Committee

(a) Proposal regarding preparation of budget of Zila Panchayat on the basis of the recommendations of concerned Standing Committee;

(c) Proposals regarding taxes, tolls, cess and fee etc.;

(e) Proposals involving writing Dff.losses and Irrecoverable sums;

(f) To consider A\ldit reports;

(g)All cases with State Government involving policy matters;

(h) Annual Administration RepJ.rt of zrLA Panchayat;
