Section 7: Delegation of powers or transfer of functions to be specifically described

Unless otherwise provided under Section 47 of the .:\ct,when the State Government delegate any power or transfer any functions or Schemes to the Zila Panchayat under the Act or any other Act for the time being in force in the State,. the 'order of State"GbVemnieri:CshaIfdeady' - --- mention the Standing Committee which shall exercise such powers or perform such functions or lookafter such schemes:

Provided that if no such provision is made in the orders of delegation, the General Body of the Zila Panchayat shall decide as to which Standing Committee of the Zila Pan~hayat shall exercise such power or perform such functions or lookafter the schemes:

Provided further that until a decision regarding priority is taken in the matter by the General Body, the General Administration Committee shall exercise the power or perform the function or lookafter the schemes delegated or transferred by the State Government.
