Section 19: Suspension of Subordinate Judge by High Court.
The Madras Civil Courts' Act, 1873Central Act · Act 3 of 1873
The High Court may, whenever it sees urgent necessity for so doing, suspend a Subordinate Judge pending the orders of the Local Government.
The High Court shall immediately report the circumstances of such suspension,
and the Local Government shall make such order thereon as it thinks fit.
