Section 15: Payment of money for support of additional Police Force.

All monies paid in respect of such additional Force ad is mentioned in the two last preceding Sections, shall be paid into a fund to be called “The General Police Fund,” and shall be applied to the maintenance of the Police Force under such orders as the Governor in Council may pass; and all sums of money payable under those Sections shall be recoverable by suit in any competent Court or by distress and sale of the goods of the defaulter under the warrant of a Magistrate.
