(1) Every person ap!X>in· toct to the Tribunal as a Chairman, " Vice·Chaim.an or a Member ,hall be entitled to the use of an oflicial residence from the general poc] accommodation of the apprvpria1c type, subject to availability, on the payment of Ihe licence fce ot the rates prescribed by the Government fwm time to time.
(2) When a Chairman a Vico·Cbairm.an or a Memb~r i< not pro'ided with .'r does not avail him self of the g(:nl!rai peol accolllm("dation referred ~o in sub.rule (1), he may bo pa;d ei,l'ry month an allow anco cf an mnount equal to fif,een per cent of his pay.
