Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra Acupuncture System of Therapy Act, 2015.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 25 of 2017

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Acupuncture System of Therapy Act, 2015.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
