Section 3: Constitution of Selection Committee for appointment of the Chairperson and Members of the Authority

Maharashtra Admission Regulating Authority and Fee Regulating Authority, Chairperson and Members (Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules,State Rules of Maharashtra · 2015

There shall be a Selection Committee consisting of the following members to recommend the suitable names of the Chairperson and Members of the Authority to the State Government, namely :—

(a) Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra : Chairperson

(b) Additional Chief Secretary or Principal Secretary, General Administration Department :

Member;

(c) Additional Chief Secretary or Principal Secretary or Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department :

Member;
