Section 25: Protection of action taken in good faith.

The Maharashtra Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1981State Act of Maharashtra · Act 61 of 1981

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any regulations made thereunder.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Trustee Committee or the Bar Council for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any regulations made thereunder.
