Section 20: Taking of accounts.

The Maharashtra Agricultural Debtors Relief Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 1947

If the Court finds the person making an application under section 4 or the person against whom an application is made under the said section 4 to be a person-

(a) who is a debtor, and

(b) the total amount of debts due from whom on the date of the application is not more than Rs. 15,000,

the Court shall proceed to take accounts in the manner hereinafter provided.
