Section 46E: Registration of awards under repealed Act.

The Maharashtra Agricultural Debtors Relief Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 1947

All awards made under the repealed Act whether registered before the 27 day of May 1947 under the provisions of the said Act or not shall be registered under this Chapter:

Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in section 44 no additional court-fee shall be paid on such awards under the said section.
