Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra Agricultural Land Leasing Act, 2017.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 2023

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Agricultural Land Leasing Act, 2017.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, appoint.
