[21A. Honorarium to Chairman and Vice-Chairman. There shall be paid to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman an honorarium of such amount as the Director may having regard to the finances of the Market Committee specify; so however that the total amount of honorarium to be paid to both [does not exceed the limit as may be prescribed].]
